Hello diwakar,
Good to know that you are from uttar Pradesh, even I am from there. Coming to the your question about wbjee, I want to inform you that yes you can fill form of wbjee even you are from other state. There is no such restriction. But the date of wbjee form comes in the January and even get over by jan or early Feb so you have to be active and fill the form as it comes .
The questions in the paper are not very tough , you can easily do it if you are preparing for Jee mains . Ask of you have any query in the comment section.

Hope you are doing well, As WBJEE is an all India entrance exam and all the colleges are situated in west Bengal and any one can apply for it but there is a condition you will not get any government college but you can get semi government and private colleges. Hope it helped you.
