I am from West Bengal domicile and my UR rank is 62000. Can I get a MBBS seat in state quota?

Based upon the rank that you have provided it will be difficult to secure a government college seat in West Bengal for 85% State Quota seats. You have better preferences for private colleges for state quota.
Now the preferences may have a slight change based upon the cutoffs for this year which are yet to be released. For dental colleges you have chances in some of the colleges with this rank.
