Seeing your core and prevupre year cuttoff of medical college,you seems to have less chance of getting government medical college.You need 470+ for govt medical college under UR quota.Also chance if getting govt medical college for MBBS seems less.Yiu can secure seats in private dental college.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of medical college of WB:
