A hearty congratulations for scoring a decent 537 in this year's NEET.
Coming to your question, yes, it's true that NEET 2019 has been a rollercoaster for each and every examiness with most of the scores lying in the range of 500-650 which was quite unexpected.
When we come to look at the cutoff, there are 2 things which we notice minutely,
1. Level of paper.
2. Number of Examinees
Both these factors seemed to be in favour of this year's NEET which predictably would raise the cutoff.
As far as West Bengal is concerned, we have seen that the last opted college in West Bengal i.e., Maldah Medical College generally closes it's shutters at about 465-480 range.
In 2017, it was 464
And in 2018, it stood at 479.
Looking at these stats, we can say that you are most probably going to procure a seat in one of the Medical Colleges of West Bengal. Even if the worst occurs, the cutoff shouldn't cross 520, which gives you ample scope to grab a seat.
Hope this helps.
All the Best !
