See dear let me inform you in a brief way. Government colleges are the most demanded colleges in india because of their very low fees and someehat good education system. So only very good rank holders gets admission in these colleges. Also you are of general category, so even less chances are there. But you can definitely try for some branches which are not very michmin demand.
