You can surely get seat in private medical colleges in Punjab through management quota even if you are from other states through Punjab State quota counselling. But your score and rank must be eligible under their cutoff list.

Also if you have good score you can apply for the college under All India quota counselling too. Then also you can get any other states colleges without requirment of domicile even.
