If you meant NIT then Yes, you can get CS in NIT by getting 10000 rank in IIT JEE. You may get in the Other State quota the following NITs

• NIT, Nagaland
• NIT, Sikkim
• NIT, Srinagar
• NIT, Uttarakhand

Cutoffs vary every year due to the papaer difficulty level, no of students appearing for the exam and counselling and no of seats available in the college.
