To get governments colleges other than gftis u can give your respective state examinations(for eg. UPTU for Uttar Pradesh) where minimum hsc percentage is less than 65% . You can also go for a drop for 1 year because this score of jee main cannot fetch your dream college.
If you are a general student a minimum of 92-94 percentile is required to get into a minimal ranked government college
All the best for future!!
Sorry but your boards result does not meet the eligibility criteria for josaa counselling (min 75%). Getting admission in a government college is really difficult based on your score. You should try for private colleges instead.
Best of luck!!

Good evening,
In accordance with your JEE percentile and HSC exam results, you don't qualify for JOSAA counselling. But loose no hope as you can still apply for your state government engineering colleges whose admissions' requirements go well with your currrent results. So I'd suggest you to go for state government engineering colleges.
