I am General Category scored 552 marks in NEET 2019 from Delhi. Can I apply for DMC Ludhiana?

You can apply for colleges of Punjab under the 15% All India Quota. Since,  you do not belong to Punjab, you are not eligible for the 85 percent state quota of Punjab. If you have completed your class 12 from a school in Delhi, then you are eligible for the 85 percent state quota of Delhi.
