Hello Aspirant,
Yes there is Home State quota in NIT Kurushetra for those candidates who have domicile based on Haryana. So, you can avail this quota if you have domicile of Haryana.
But still in your cateogry it is not going to make much difference as Home State quota in NIT Kurushetra provides you margin of 1k-3k rank than other states candidates only.
