You haven't mentioned if you belong to Delhi region or Outside Delhi region. The cut off is branch, category and region specific. Last year the cut off in round 4 of JAC is as follows for admission in Delhi Technological University

The above mentioned cut off ranks are the All India Rank secured in JEE Main. To get seat in DTU you need to secure AIR within 20000 if you are outside Delhi region. If you are from Delhi region then you need to secured AIR within 90000. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
