I am general UPGE EWS student, so while councilling in upsee 2020, which of my rank is considered i.e. general or EWS rank ?

Your EWS rank will be considered. This is because seat matrix is distributed according to each and every category. To avail the benefit of reservation for economically weaker sections, (EWS), your category rank will be considered. Despite of this, you can also take an unreserved seat according to your merit and availability of seats.
