With your marks, you can't get admission in any government medical college, though if can afford private medical college fees, you can opt for private medical colleges.

You have not mentioned your category here, so I will assume that you belong to general category.
Unfortunately You can't get any government or even private college for MBBS with 254 marks.
You can get BHMS, BAMS college via state counselling that too in private medical Colleges
