With a score of 280, it is quite difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score. You try for MBBS deemed Universities in management seat or BDS seat. As you haven't mentioned your caste and but if your of ST or SC category things might turn to your favor, This is because in 2019, under State Quota, a score of 325 marks secured a seat in Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences under SC Category. This was the Govt. Quota cut off for Private Medical Colleges. In such case, 280 becomes a tad less score. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good or you can try management seat(buts still can't guarantee seat there). That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
