Based on the previous year closing ranks your chances are very less to get government MBBS and BDS seat.
Last year the closing rank was 24398 for MBBS and 37490 for BDS.
There will be slight variations this year based on the no of seats available and no of applicants etc

Hey Fahad, You got 489 marks in NEET. Sorry to say but due to very high cutoffs this year, there are very fewer chances of yours being getting admission at government college. But with these marks, you can take admission in semi-government colleges and private colleges too and that will be really helpful for you as that colleges will be good too. I would like to suggest you that you should first see the colleges in your state as you can get admission in state quota too.
I would personally suggest you use the NEET Predictor and explore various colleges according to your category and home state quota and choose the best one for you as this college will be your future lifeline.
