Cut off of both the universities will be evaluated on many factors. The factors are:

1. Number of candidates

2. Number of candidates passes the difficulty level of question.

3.Number of Seats.

For NMIMS University student who applied for this exam are advised to check the expected cutoff marks NMIMS official website.

Your score is 107 so your rank will be down where between 3000-5000 you can try for narsee monjee but fir nirma your chances are tough because for nirma your rank should be down where near 2500-3000 it should be under 3000. Also this year paper was quite easy some what like 2016 so the expected cut off will be high which makes chances even more tough.
