As per the analysis of the question paper of CLAT 2019, various coaching institutes etc have tried to estimate the expected cut off according to the difficulty level etc of the paper. Mostly the expected cut off from various sources is around 140+ for top few NLUs. If you're expecting a score of 108, you ca don't seem to have much chance for NLIU Bhopal as it's among the top NLUs. But as you have a domicile the chances of your admission increase. A total of 26 seats are reserved for MP Domicile candidates. But there is reservation for MP SC/ST/OBC candidates only. There 7 seats for MP OBC.  With a score of 108 your rank might be around 2500-2700. Hence you might have chances here but chances seem on the lesser side. The exact estimate will be possible when the ranks are out.
