Since you lie in general category ,so with these marks you cannot make your way to the top 5 NLU's that includes banglore, hyderabad, kolkata, bhopal and jodhpur because the required score is 130+, 125+, 120+ 115+,115+ respectively. But these marks are good enough to get NLU's like Mumbai, patiala,kochi cuttack and patna . you can expect your rank to fall in 700's .

The cut off depends upon the level of difficulty of paper ans this year it is said that the paper was easy so cut will be high. With a score of 110 I doubt that you might have any chance of getting into national law university you can try for vacancy but there also probability is less.

You can apply for colleges that accept clear score for admision like UPES dehradun and keep it as your plan B.
