You are on the border line of crossing the Subject cutoff for JEE advanced as the subject cutoff for JEE advanced 2018 was 12 marks.
As you also scored 12 marks , I suggest you to keep your fingers crossed as it will be a nail biting scenario.

JEE ADVANCED subject wise cutoffs will be announced later.Please wait for results.IIT Rourkela will be announcing results and cutoffs together.So be patient and hope you will cross cutoff
