see cutoff score changes every year and it varies with certain factors like number of applicants for any particular vacancy, stream of engineering, students category etc. every year around 300 vacancies come for psu recruitment or even more. so at this score you have fair chances for selection, however after shortlisting based on gate score there would be gd, written test or Interview sessions to qualify.
