Dear aspirant;
I assume you want to get into top 10 NITs . So , I think scoring at least 50% will give you an opportunity to get into Top NITs (You may have to compromise with branch) . But considering the recent rules by MHRD , You should also score well in 12th class exam . So , try to be within top 20 percentile of your board ( But if you would be within top 1% , it will be really helpful in future career :)..). But if you are in class 11 and starting preparation , then study , practice smartly . Try to get min 70% in JEE Mains and set higher goal to get into IITs .

as 130 marks is a decent score you would get almost all the good nit , depending on the branch you want .
