If you are from OBC category then you may have fair chances to select for stage 2 exam with 135 marks. But cutoff depends on the various factors so you will have to wait for the release of cutoff which is expected to be release in the end of February. The NTSE cut off for the Uttar Pradesh in the last year was 121 for the general category and it was 100 for the SC category and 59 for the ST category. So if you scod like 135 marks in this year so you have a good chances of clearing of the cutoff for the NTSE stage 1 paper and apply for the second level.
