According to the previous years cut off your percentile score would be around 99.45 - 99.5 percentile. And the corresponding rank for this percentile would be around 5000-5500. However these estimations are based on the previous years records and may change from year to year as they depend on various factors like difficulty of the examination, number of students that attempted the examination, etc. If it was an easy paper then you can assume the lower limit of percentile and higher limit of the mentioned rank.

But my friend got 98.5 percentile in jee mains 2020 in 170 mark and rank 15k

As today the official answer key has been released according to out rank predictor tool your percentile would be around 97.8-98, earlier I told your percentile according to the previous years cut off.
