your scores is really good. right now it is really difficult to predict the cutoff as cutoff marks depends on certain factor like question difficulty level, no of participants etc.
previous year cut off for ntse stage 1 for himachal pradesh was 123 for general category. 89 for obc, 101 for sc. so you may have fair chances.
