I am getting 188 marks in neet 2020 . can I appear for counselling

The counselling process is for the students who qualify with certain percentile.
- General - 50th percentile ( 701-134)
- Physically handicapped- 45 th percentile ( 133-120)
- SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile (133-107)
