Hello Saksham , it is difficult to get seat in government college with this marks in NEET. Most of the government colleges are open for 500+ marks. But you can try in private colleges.

Your marks in NEET is less.

As per the previous year cutoffs you cannot get any government Medical College for BAMS.

You can get admission to the private medical college but the fees will be very much.So, you need to have good economic condition.

You should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next year to get good government College .
