Hi Jayant,
NTSE 2nd stage exam will take place in May 10 2020. Cutoff will be determined by

Total number of students written the exam
Highest score of a Candidate
Lowest score of a Candidate

The expected cutoff for General category is
175-185.
last year it was 181.
So if you score 190, you have a better chance for 2nd stage.
But, wait till the result, All the best.
