I am getting 194 marks in blat 2019 so am i eligible to qualify? Was blat 2019 easy than previous years (last 3 years)?

The last year cutoff for general category was 290 so you may not get admission this year as there are always chances of more increase in cutoff. Yet wait for the official cut off and also look for more good colleges.All the best.
