All the colleges you have mentioned are good at placement as well as good in other factors. I think you should opt for a B. Tech course because BCA+ MCA will take 5 years whereas B. Tech is a 4 year course,  B. Tech is a job oriented course and from the above mentioned colleges,  you will directly get a good job.
