If we consider previous year cut off then the marks which you are expecting in NEET UR from Bihar , shows the less chances of getting government college in MBBS even from the category also of which you belong . But as you know cut off changes every year due to various factors so i will suggest you to wait for the result .
So for government college i will suggest you to work hard for the next year or check your chances in any other colleges through your expected marks by given link .
