I am getting 30 marks in gate 2019 ce paper. Can i get andra university or osmania university or state universities?

To get Osmania University in CE department you must have a rank under 7000-7500. So, with this marks i don't think you can get 7500 rank as this time paper was bit easy as everyone is saying.
I don't know much about Andhra so can't mislead you with wrong figures.
