There are very few state's which have low private medical colleges fee's. Kerala, Karnataka , chattisgarh, tripura, Madhya Pradesh are some states in which college fee's are less than 10lakh/annum or around these only. These states allow the candidates from all over India in their private medical colleges so competition is very high and usually cut off goes more than 500-550+ in different state.
At the marks you are saying you may get college in state like bihar, Uttar Pradesh, rajsthan etc which will have average tuition fees around 14-15lakh. So try to score as more as you can to get low fee's private medical colleges.
