If you belong to General Category, then 311 might be a tad less score. You might get a seat in a Private College but Government College or a Govt. Quota seat in a Private College might be tad tough with this score. You will need atleast 400 and above. If you want to pursue any of the courses that are offered through NEET, you might have to reappear for NEET 2021. First of all congratulations on scoring such good marks. The cut offs of ALL India quota shows a great fluctuation every year. As per the last year record the cut off for government seat was around 500 marks. It's seems difficult to say at this point of time what the cut off for this year will be.
