I am sorry , but you wont get a government college. Even private college is tough. In deemed colleges you wont be writing the states board exam. And the fees is higher in a deemed college .

Unfortunately, 315 marks are not enough to get a government college. It might not fetch you a private college for MBBS also but you can try for BDS, BAMS and BHMS in private colleges in the state. For MBBS, you may apply to deemed universities but they have a higher fee. The difference between deemed and private universities is that deemed universities are autonomous and have a separate counselling process and rules compared to private colleges which are under DMER and follow the standard schedule and rules given by DMER.
