You have chances of getting the following Government colleges based on the previous year's cutoff's if you belong to SC/ST,if you belong to OBC or UR category then their is no chance of getting a medical seat in MP.
1)Gajra Raja Medical College(Gwalior)
2)Governmnet Medical College(Khandwa)
3)Government Medical College(Ratlam)
4)Government Medical College(Vidisha)

Thank You
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, then the possibilities are very less to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 493 was required to fetch one a seat in the Government medical college, Khandwa I'm general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Good luck
As seats are increased...for 2019 batch...so is there any possibility...??
Even for 2nd or 3rd round of counselling.
