As per my knowledge MBC will fall under OBC non creamy layer ie OBC B category. The cutoff score may vary according to different colleges. But generally the cutoff score for your category is 500 above for AIQ seat and 400 above for state Quota seat. If you can mention your state I can give more precise information regarding the cutoff scores and ranks.
