Hello dear!
As you have Phd reservation, you can easily get admission in anyone of the top three(Gandhi, Osmania and Kakathiya) medical colleges in telangana as per your preference. As per last year, with 380 marks your all India rank would range between 1.5 to 1.8 lakh. But the fact is your rank doesn't matter as you have reservation. Even with AIR 7 lakh there are people who secured seat with phd reservation. But the thing is as there are limited no.of seats for physically handicapped students, the selection will be obviously based on score but you have a good score so don't worry , you have very good chances to secure a medical seat.
Hope this was helpful.
All the best!
