Hi,

Getting into a good b-schools (in terms of placements, exposure etc) in India, unfortunately cannot be possible with 39 marks in CAT. You can look forward to other MBA entrance exams such as XAT, TISSNET, MBA CET, CMAT, ATMA, MAT etc.
