The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under OBC Category for Banaras Hindu University Medical College (MBBS), the cut-off for NEET 2017 was rank 2,676 which corresponds to a score of 602 marks out of 720.
This year, we are expecting a rise in cut-offs due to rise in competition.
For BDS, there is not much data available for cut offs. However, the general category cut off was rank 6461.
As for BAMS, This is the first year since the AYUSH courses have come under the wing of NEET, the cut off ranks and scores can not be judged.
Based on your score, your rank should be around 65,000. This is not the absolute dictum. It can even be higher. And to be absolutely honest, you need to be in the top 5,000 to avail a government college through 15% AIQ.
- I wish you all the best! Don't loose hope! I hope this was helpful!
