hello sushma ,

Hello sreejith Unnikrishnan ,

As your marks are avereage your chances are very low for IITs or NITs .

Therefore you can go for any state government engineering colleges .

Theree are many private engineering colleges too which good ranks and placement .

for more details you can go to below given link :-

Hi !  SUSHMA

43 is not enough to get IITs,to get IITs you need at least 55 marks. This year cuttoff of various IITs or NITs  may go high as level of paper is easy in comparison to past five years. You may get NITs with marks.Usually with this marks candidate get NITs this is previous last five years trends.Right now it will be difficult to assure that you will get NITs or not because cuttoff are going to change soo much.Since from past five years cuttoff of various IITs or NITs didn't change soo much .So it will be better to wait till IIT guwahati release score of gate.

You can ask if you havre any other queries.

GOOD LUCK!
