I am getting 430 marks in Neet, which college should i try for and what would be my expected rank

Considering you are from the unreserved category, with the marks of 430/720 in NEET 2019, your rank might be anywhere in the range of 55,000-57,000 which I'm sorry to say but isn't a rank you get a college under All India Quota at. Although you still have a chance under State Quota seats because in some states the cutoffs do go this low. It will be helpful to give you a better insight if you provided your state and category too.
