Dear Aspirant,
436 is a average score for an OBC and general candidate. For an OBC and general candidate you need to score atleast 500 marks in NEET to get government medical college. If you are a SC/ST candidate then there are possibility of your's to get good government medical college. But for an general and OBC candidate its difficult. There are chances of your's to get government BDS/BAMS/BHMS colleges with these score.
Thank you
Your profile suggest that you are from West Bengal
I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 436 marks you hold a low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In Neet 2019,the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under west Bengal state quota was 518 marks and it was for
COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL
With your marks you have chances in private medical college and deemed universities
