Hello Aspirant,
See Mock tests are generally kept comparatively harder then usual exam because mock tests are for your practice and if you get good marks very easily in mock test which is not going to be counted anywhere and fails to score good marks in exam then what will be the use of mock tests and this is not only for NEET, but for every test. So if you are scoring around 450 marks in NEET Mock test series for NEET, you can easily score around 550 marks in NEET exam but the condition is that you should stick to your preparation and now you have less than a month remaining because now NEET 2020 is scheduled for September 13th, so you have no much time. So what you have to do is just solve more and more mock tests, sample papers, previous years' paper and after solving each paper check it by yourself for those questions which you were unable to attempt and see there solutions and then try to solve more questions of similar type this would help you in making clarity of that concept in your mind.
In this time I would not suggest you to go through different books because this is the time when you have to just polish up your concepts and tie-up them by the time and get ready to run.
Don't worry for results, just stay focused on your preparations, you can also take help of some resources prepared by our experts which can help you in your preparation for NEET 2020, you can access them from the link given below :-

Good Luck!!
You cannot compare Mock test results with an original examination. Agreed that the mock tests are designed in a way that they are more tougher than the original exam to prepare you for the exam. But we cannot put a number on the mock tests to relate them to the original exam. But still if you want a number, scoring atleast 525 might be equivalent to a 600 in the entrance examination. This is to give you a fair idea of how much you need to score more. 450 in mock tests might be getting you atleast 500 and above in NEET if you can apply the same principles and basics. So 525 can get you 600 in the original examination. Again this is just a rough comparision.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
