Dear Aanya,
The AIQ neet cut off for 2018 ranges from 590 to 552 marks. Also 533 marks is the cut off through AIQ for government dental college. So there is absolutely no chance of getting a government college through AIQ.
As far as state quota is concerned,The cut off ranges from 550 to 518 marks in neet 2018.You are very close to the cut off of government dental college of MP which is:-
GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF DENTISTRY,INDORE-463
So there is a good chance if getting a government dental college through state quota in this marks but you would not get any governmet college through AIQ and getting an MBBS college is also very difficult according to me.My answer is considering you in general category (UR) since you did not mention your reservation.
