After analysing this cut-off informations provided here, I guess it's too much clear for you also that if you're a General category student it's almost impossible for you to get any kind of opportunities in any Government MBBS and BDS colleges in any state with this marks and percentile.
Hence one thing I would like to suggest you that if you've intense dedication and passion in your mind to be an eminent doctor in future, so please try for a second attempt in next year with the better level of preparation, because if you'll manage to secure atleast 100 marks more (i.e. 565-75 marks) in next year NEET UG examination, then you'll obviously get the renowned Government Medical colleges in several states.
