Yes, definately you will get admission in Karnataka Institute of Medical Science, Hubli because it had 383 as the cutoff for OBC category with domicile of Karnataka. This cutoff is much lower than your score. If the cutoff will go up also this year , you will be in safe position because you have great margin.
Rest , it depends on each year's cutoff, but in your case , it will not affect your admission.
