Hello Aspirant,
See it is a little bit difficult to guide you with the exact name of colleges because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have very less or almost no chances of getting into government colleges of MP for MBBS under Home State quota even but yes you can get some Private colleges and Deemed Universities. Note that this prediction is on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below:-

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 490 marks you don't hold a chance to get into a Government Medical College
For example,
In neet 2019, 530 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in a government medical college under MP state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Shivpuri
But yes with your marks you have chances in deemed university and private medical college for Government quota seat
To get the list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor
It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling
