Hello!
The last year's cut off for Raichur institute of medical sciences for state quota seats under UR category was 380 marks and for OBC was 338 marks. So, there is a good chance that with your score, you will be able to get admissions in the institute for MBBS.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 498, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college, in the general category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas.
