With your marks getting into a government medical college is difficult, especially under All India quota but you can always try in colleges under your state quota.
Every state has a different 85% state quota with cutoffs which are lesser than that for candidates from other states. Each and every state has a different cutoff. So depending on which state you're from you'll have to check that specific cutoff. And may be you can manage to get in. But still the chances are less.
