I am getting 52.67 marks in gate 2019 EE. What psu's or mtech colleges can I get?

You can apply at older IITs like kanpur,kharagpur,Roorkee etc.

You might not get top IITs but definately yu can get older IITs.

If you want to join a good college or PSUs with this marks you have a very slim chances of getting in but if you belong to any reserve category than you might have a decent chance. Also, every year the cutoff changes as the no. Of candidates applying changes and also the level of the examination.
